PERSONALITY: evan is a giver, a healer and a friend of all. he loves everyone he meets and is the type to always believe in second chances for everyone. he wants to help people and help make their lives turn around for the better. even though he's a physical healer, he tends to stick around in..sticky situations. especially for the child. oh man, definitely for the children! and he doesn't tend to leave until everything is figured out.
for his more personal relationships, he's as loyal as they come. he wont turn his back on anyone nor betray their trust if he can help it. even if they're just friends of friends, as long as he sees a good character in any of them, he will be there for them if they needed him. but in his love life...well, he hasn't had much of a love life. being demisexual, he's not really attracted to anyone by their outward appearance, but how much bonding time he's had with them. so in the past, he hasn't really had a relationship, excluding the few fake relationships he had in school to keep up with his best friend's social standing.

HISTORY: evan was abandoned by his parents at an orphanage. or, well, his father stole him from his mother and took him there, ashamed he married a witch and" breeded" with it. he was there until he was ten years old, where he fought for other kids and helped them get adopted. he was adopted by a lesbian couple who wanted a son and chose him. well, maybe they pitied him, knowing in a few more years he'd be a teen and no one wanted to adopt teens. but nonetheless, they still loved him. they were shocked, however, to find out he was a wizard, the day his letter came in (though they did notice that the house was always clean without anyone doing anything and that their gardens tended to bloom more flowers than they planted.
first year of school was a bit odd (and awkward due to the fact he wanted a dog, not an owl for a pet) and confusing, though that was the year he met his lifelong buddy declan quinn. declan was the more popular type in school, the dashing gryffindor. evan, on the other hand, didn't really look quite as good looking as he does now until his fourth year and barely had any relationships compared to his friend. but he did have to say he fell in love at school, but with the wrong person: declan's girlfriend. the only person he's ever loved was because they hung out too much for any straight single male should with his friend's girl, but people thought he was gay and didn't give it a moments though. hell, even though he was gay sometimes, though by the end of school he knew he was not.
Out of high school, the couple got married, evan being declan's best man, which killed him on the inside, but seeing eudora happy kept him going. while the two enjoyed their newly wed life, evan quickly went off to travel the world, helping those that needed healing, saving those that needed saving and giving food to those that were starving. almost a penniless traveler, he was, though he had a few good, rich, clients around the continents that wanted a private doctor to be ready when they needed him. once or twice, Declan would accompany him on his travels, though the once or twice slowly became more regular over the years as he slowly grew distant from his own wife. every so often, the two would split up for a month or so, then reunite on a certain day at a certain place. little did Declan know that most of the time they split on separate travels, evan would go to hang out with Eudora, just tokeep her company. or, when the splitting first began, to be the shoulder she cried on. hey, she was still his friend as well, he couldnt leave her in the dust just because his best friend fell out of love with her.
however, when Declan started seeing other girls, meeting up with eudora became more constant and he often took her on his trips. sometimes to egypt, or all the way to the hustle and bumble of new York, but the two never became romantic due to his loyalty to his best friend. the two were still married after all.
and at the moment, upon hearing the news of declan's mother, he constantly visits her.
