PERSONALITY:
Kaleigh is a very quiet individual. She will climb into the nearest chair in the common room and just read with a blanket over her. She can remember anything and everything she has ever read. She doesn't have a lot of friends because of this. She is seen as a loner and in many ways she is, but she wants friends, but is too shy to start an conversation a most times. She is usually found in the library or on the grounds, of course reading a book. She is a book nerd and she isn't afraid to admit that...its just that she doesn't want people to think that she is only needed for term papers or with re-re-writing a essay. She feels lonely and sometimes its a good thing and sometimes...not so much.
To her friends, she is very caring , helpful and loyal. She would do anything to help them, except doing their essays. She doesn't want friends that just use her for her intelligence and get good grades. She is a very fun person to be around, not like the others who think so. Occasionally she will slip out of the castle and turn into her Animagus form of a dove and sit on the perches to watch the other students try and unsucessfully, slip out of the castle. She also likes to party sometimes after a long study session for big tests, that her other classmates like to do also.

HISTORY: Kaleigh was born into a very small, but loving, family. She was born premature and her parents worried about her health issues from the time she was born till now. She made it through the hardest time when she had the flu when she was a few weeks old. The doctors thought she would not make it through, because of her low immunity. Luckily she did and she was sent home after a few weeks later. Her parents were like any other parent, they photographed and video taped her every move up until she got accepted into Hogwarts.
When she left for Hogwarts, her mom was very reluctant to let her go , but her father told her that she would be fine there. Her mother let her go sadly and they bid Kaleigh farewell. Once at Hogwarts, she was very nervous about what house she would be placed in and was very relieved when the sorting hat placed her in Gryffindor. When she started, she had already memorized spells, understood how to make potions, and was very good with herbs.
Over the next few years, she made friends, even though they were few and understood what she would become as disloyalty when her friends left her to take the blame for a prank they had done on one of the teachers and when she asked about them telling the teacher what happened, they explained to her that they wanted her to get into trouble. She has always been very willing to have friends, but doesn't want friends who would be disloyal. That led her to becoming an unregistered animagus, a white dove. Now she only hangs with one or two people at a time , that she trusts of course. But she could always go to the owlery and hang out with the owls.

Kaleigh walked through Diagon Alley with a piece of parchment in her hands, she was studing it carefully to know what she had to get and read. Most of them were books she had already had read the previous year about ten times each, from boredness in the common room. She had to get a new potion vial after a stunt that Sirius Black had pulled. She wasn't to happy that he decided to use HER potion vial and it also resulted in five points deducted five points from Gryffindor in the process. She knew the marauders, not well, but she knew who they were..who didn't? It was kind of hard not to see them around and of course James, trailing after Lily for the millionth time. It gets seen and heard. She knew all of them, James, Sirius, Peter and Remus. She knew that they would pull pranks, mostly James or Sirius, which included Peter or Remus running behind them from the latest teacher they pranked. They were all a mystery to her, except Sirius Black. She sighed as she walked into the apothecary. It was going to be a long year ahead.
She sighed as she thanked the shopkeep for her new potion vial and skipped out the door and down the street, seeing all the first years looking at Quidditch supplies. She smiled at them softly knowing that they couldn't be apart of the team in their first year. She knew some of them were probably all new to being a witch or wizard. She looked at her watch and sighed to herself, she was going to be late meeting her friends. She rushed down the street and around the corner to where they were.
