PERSONALITY: Victoria is very heartless and stubborn, she will do anything to get her way and will kill someone if they stand in her way of what she wants. She's not afraid to threaten, kill or take someone hostage for something she wants. She's very intellectual and clever and she can make her way out of anything. She can't stand when she isn't in control of whats happening . All in all she’s a control freak with a temper that easily distracts her. HISTORY:
Victoria was born to Emily and James Bowen, a pair of death eaters, who of course followed the dark lord, Voldemort. She was a very , whats the word, evil child. Going around and grabbing and pulling at peoples hair, at the meetings. She would always stop and grin at Voldemort and Voldemort liked the child, amused at what she would do next, and she was only five. She would stick worms and bugs inside the fellow death eaters drinks and clap her hands when they would spit the creatures out and giggle. Voldemort always wanted her out of the room when they had the actual meeting and she would huff and say she was a big girl and could hear what the grown ups could. He would always chuckle and take her outside the room, leaving Nagini with her. She loved the snake and would play with her, she learned how to speak parseltounge.
When she was eleven she of course got her letter to hogwarts and was thrilled to learn how to practice magic. The dark lord had already told her much of the wizarding world and how the muggleborns didn't need to learn magic and she agreed, seeing Voldemort as her other father in a way. She was raised around him and she didn't think he was weird, she was excited to learn something from him, anything from him. She was very loyal to him and the rest of the death eaters, including of course, her parents.
When she went to hogwarts, her parents would send her letters about how everyone was doing and she would be glad to hear from them, she often got letters from Voldemort too, but only occasionaly, telling her of what he had in store for her, once she got out of hogwarts. She had only did harmless pranks when she was little, but now she was going to be a full blown terrorist. She had already done so with a few of the first years and gotten detention, which she managed to get out of. Now she's in her seventh year and ready to get done with school to help Voldemort with his cause.
