Charlotte Joanne Stark is in need of a new lover for the moment. Until Tiffany returns, we are going to say that Jo's secert ex-boyfriend, Professor Declan Quinn, was captured by death eaters while on a mission for the Order, right after she had broken up with him.
Since no one knew about her relationship with Declan, this will technically be on of her first boyfriends. That other people know of. Face claims, I don't really care about. But maybe he could be sweet, protective, an order supporter (who can drift her away from being a death eater supporter) and...and the rest you can decide.
