OVERVIEW: Belle is extremely maternal. She’s always looked up to her mother who was one of the hardest working women she’d ever seen. She also grew up surrounded by a bunch of aunts, uncles, grandparents, and a million cousins, so family was definitely taught to be the most important thing in life. Isa wants her own children one day but feels like she’s fallen behind schedule. Her sister married young, her brother is engaged, and yet none of Belle’s relationships have lasted longer than three months. Not having children ever would make her feel like a disappointment to her family, but also to herself. She’d do anything to protect the people she loves, though she hates physical fighting and is pretty much horrible at it. But she’s protective, loyal, and more than trustworthy.
Unfortunately sometimes that translates into people taking advantage of her trustworthiness, but she tries to avoid that at all costs. She’s book smarts and, for the most part, pretty street smart. There are times where she might be a little too gullible and fall for tricks, but it always bothers her to no end. Isa works from home and is extremely focused, hard working, and self-sufficient. She is fiercely independent, owning a villa in Venice and a flat in London (stocks in her father’s vineyard help pay for both). Each are perfectly decorated and pristine. She has problems with obsessive compulsive issues, hence why everything is always so perfect, but she tries to hide it for the most part. It does make her anxious when people move things and she’s unaware of it, but helping take care of two toddlers has helped her calm down and just go with it.

OVERVIEW: Isabelle was the second Donato child to come and terrorize the Earth. She came from a huge Italian family, many of whom went all the up to Hogwarts for their schooling. Many of them returned to Italy once they graduated, but others went around the world to different places. Family is still extremely strong for the Donatos and the Argenios, as is the stereotypical loudness and abundance of food. In fact, the two families couldn’t really be anymore stereotypical if they tried. Isabelle’s father, Franco, owned a small vineyard that he inherited from his grandfather when he was 18 and his grandfather passed away. Franco’s own father owned a restaurant and couldn’t take over. To this day, Franco’s family makes some of the best wine in Venice.
Belle’s mother, Julietta, never worked a traditional job a day in her life, but she was an extremely dedicated mother who raised three happy, healthy, loud, energetic children in a villa. She always had everything under control and often had Isabelle by her side. Her mother taught her everything: how to cook, how to clean, how to entertain, how to dance, how to sew; everything a mother could possible teach her daughter, Julietta did. To this day, Isabelle and Julietta have an extremely strong mother-daughter relationship.
Seraphena, Isa’s older sister, didn’t always get along with Isa; they had the normal sibling rivalry, but as they reached their latter teen years they became far closer friends. When Seraphena got married, a baby was announced soon after. Isabelle would never had admitted it, but she was somewhat jealous of her sister. Isa loved children but never really had that long last of a serious relationship. She felt like she was behind schedule because at 24, she still wasn’t married. But she put her feelings aside and offered exstensive help when Violetta was born. She had the very same motherly instinct that Julietta had and always was there when Seraphena was frazzled and burnt out. When Isa’s second niece came rolling around, she was there to help again.
When she was at Hogwarts, she met her closest friends, Micah and Millie. She kind of called it, them ending up together, but never said anything. Isabelle didn’t want to mess with fate. But as fate had it, Isabelle was right and got to see her friends have two beautiful children together. When tragedy struck and Micah lost Millie, Isabelle didn’t know what to do. Without thinking she stepped up to help Micah; she couldn’t leave him alone with two twins. She knew that losing his love was bad enough on it’s own, but twins? No, she offered all the help she could. What made it easier was that she wrote and illustrated children’s books, so she could work from wherever she wanted as long as she made her deadlines. She tends to lead more of a muggle lifestyle, as she is technically half muggle, but still values the education she received at Hogwarts, not to mention the friendships she built.
